Understanding Our Process

 At the Kreative Bell Digital Solutions & Print Shop, we take pride in our process, which is a meticulous journey lasting between 2 to 10 weeks depending on project type and complexity. Our goal is to create a distinctive brand identity, website, or automation system that truly represents your business and works for you. From the very first inquiry and complimentary consultation to the final delivery of brand guidelines and files, every step is thoughtfully planned and executed to perfection.

  1. Initial Inquiry:

    • ​​After showing your interest in our services, we will promptly send you a brochure with the services related to your inquiry. At the end of the brochure, there is an oppotunity to schedule a free consultation. 

  2. Free Consultation:

    • Next we set up a short phone call to go over the brochure and answer any questions you might have. We will also discuss any other obstacles or objectives you may have

  3. ​Questionnaire:

    • If you are interested in moving forward and would like a detailed proposal, we will promptly send you a comprehensive questionnaire that aims to understand your business and objectives better. This will allow us to gather necessary information to tailor your proposal and quote to your specific needs. 

  4. Proposal:

    • We will thoroughly analyze your questionnaire and your current social media and website. We will then craft a comprehensive proposal outlining our recommendations for improvement.

  5. Contract/Invoice:

    • Included in the proposal is the contract and invoice. That way we don't waste any time getting your project started. When your ready to make that choice, the document will walk you through the entire process and will have you schedule our first strategy Session. 

  6. Kick Off/Strategy Session:

    • Let's kickstart your journey with a 1-Hour Strategy Session call. This session will allow us to gather all the essential details and lay the groundwork for your project. This collaborative approach guarantees a solid foundation for your business' success.

  7. Then we get to work:

    • Af​ter our strategy call we will get to work on market research and analyzing current systems and brands. We will gather all the information and schedule another strategy session to discuss findings and our ideas. 

  8. After 2nd Strategy Meeting:

    • ​Af​ter our strategy call we will get to work on on the creatives or the build phase. This timeline can take 2-8 weeks depending on complexity & needs. 

  9. Deliverables:

    • Once all the work is complete, we will send over official requests for revisions. Once all revisions are approved and finalized we will send you your brand collateral, transfer website, or start training on the new automation systems.
