    This digital design product is offered by Kreative Bell Digital Solutions and is provided solely in digital format. Upon receipt of payment, proofs will be shared with the client for revisions and approval before final designs are completed.

    Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon payment of all fees, ownership of the final artwork is transferred in full to the client. The client receives unlimited, indefinite, and unrestricted use of the design. Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains the right to display the completed artwork in their portfolios and marketing materials.

    Exclusive Copyright and Ownership: Until all project invoices are paid in full by the client, Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. Any usage of these materials without complete payment will be deemed an infringement of standing copyright protections and pursued appropriately by Kreative Bell Digital Solutions.

    Unused Draft Materials: Ownership of final designs is transferred to the client upon payment of all fees unless otherwise arranged in writing. Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains ownership of all draft materials that were not utilized in the final design.

    Restrictions on Usage: Graphics provided in this digital design service may not be resold, added to art collections, included in galleries, or redistributed in any manner without the express written permission of Kreative Bell Digital Solutions.

    By engaging in our digital design services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. Kreative Bell Digital Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary.

    At Kreative Bell Digital Solutions, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom digital graphic design services. To uphold this commitment, we offer a transparent return and refund policy designed to address any concerns you may have during the design process.

    Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for a 100% satisfaction guarantee. To achieve this, we provide an extensive revision process before finalizing your custom digital graphic design. We encourage open communication and revisions to ensure the end product aligns perfectly with your vision.

    Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund only in the event that you are not satisfied with the product and have not approved the final draft. Refund requests are subject to evaluation based on the criteria outlined below.

    Partial Refund Criteria: If the design project meets the following criteria, a partial refund may be issued, dependent on the amount of work completed:

    • The final product does not align with the agreed-upon specifications.
    • The project is halted before completion due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Refund Exclusions: Design projects are only eligible for a refund if they have not entered the draft/revision process. Once the project has been initiated, and drafts/revisions have been submitted, it is considered in progress, and no refunds will be issued.

    Refund Process:

    • Refund Request: Submit your refund request by contacting our customer service team within 15 days of the project initiation.
    • Evaluation: We will evaluate the request based on the outlined criteria.
    • Partial Refund Issuance: If applicable, a partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    No Refunds After Draft/Revision Process: Once the project has entered the draft/revision process, no refunds will be considered.
