    Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon payment of all fees, ownership of the final artwork is transferred in full to the client. The client receives unlimited, indefinite, and unrestricted use of the design. Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains the right to display the completed artwork in their portfolios and marketing materials.

    Exclusive Copyright and Ownership: Until all project invoices are paid in full by the client, Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains exclusive copyright and ownership of all design and draft materials. Any usage of these materials without complete payment will be deemed an infringement of standing copyright protections and pursued appropriately by Kreative Bell Digital Solutions.

    Unused Draft Materials: Ownership of final designs is transferred to the client upon payment of all fees unless otherwise arranged in writing. Kreative Bell Digital Solutions retains ownership of all draft materials that were not utilized in the final design.

    Restrictions on Usage: Graphics provided in this digital design service may not be resold, added to art collections, included in galleries, or redistributed in any manner without the express written permission of Kreative Bell Digital Solutions.
